Access and Entry

As a Wingtips guest, you have access to all of the complimentary amenities available in the lounge.  This includes food buffet, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and selection of spirits, wines and beers, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-lounge restrooms and more.

Children of all ages are permitted into the lounge.  Children under the age of 2 and under are free to enter with an accompanying adult.

PET POLICY

Pets Allowed

  1. Guests may bring pets into the lounge in accordance with airline policies.
  2. All pets must remain inside secure carriers at all times while in the lounge.

Carrier Requirements

  1. Carriers must be leak-proof, well-ventilated, and sized appropriately for the pet.
  2. Pets must remain inside the carrier and may not be placed on seats, tables, or counters.

Guest Responsibility

  1. Owners are responsible for the behavior, cleanliness, and safety of their pets.
  2. Any damage or mess caused by the pet must be promptly addressed by the guest.

Health & Safety

  1. Pets showing signs of illness or aggressive behavior may be denied access.
  2. Service animals assisting guests with disabilities are exempt and may accompany the guest outside of a carrier.

    Guests are allowed, but will be subject to a single-visit rate.  Certain network members can bring up to 4 guests and charge the entry fee through their membership process.  Refer to your guest policy of your membership network.

    Any guest from any airline and any class of service is welcome in the Wingtips Lounge.  However, our lounge is post-security in Terminal 2 and guests must be departing from an airline that operates out of the terminal where Wingtips is located.

    Yes.  You may purchase a single-visit pass regardless of your class of service.

    To access the lounge, you must have at minimum a valid boarding pass.  In addition, you must have one of the following:

    • Wingtips membership card
    • Lounge Invitation card from a Wingtips Partner Airline
    • Accepted network membership card
    • Valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

    General

    Smoking is not permitted in Wingtips Lounge.

    Yes.  Once your entry has been processed you have 4 hours to use the lounge.  If you leave the lounge and enter after the 4-hour window, you will be subject to another entry fee.

    You will need a lounge invitation card to enter the lounge for free.  If you lose your card, you should go back to the airline ticket counter and ask for a replacement.

    Each entry is valid for use of the lounge for up to 4 hours.

    No.  The only accepted form of payment is Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
